預購條款及細則 Pre-order Terms and Conditions

在您完成訂單付款後的7天內若是改變想法想要取消的話，我們可以為您全額退款，因此麻煩請盡早告知我們

After you have completed your pre-order, you may cancel up to 7 days after payment for a full refund, please contact us if you would like to cancel.

當您完成訂單付款時我們會將您的發票郵寄到您的商品收件地址

After you have completed your pre-order payment we will mail you your receipt of purchase to the delivery address given during check-out.

當您的商品到貨時請仔細的檢查，如有發現損傷或是有任何問題都請立即通知我們

When receiving your items please check them carefully and contact us as soon as possible if there are any problems with your product.

到貨日期皆為預估時間且有可能因發行商延期而修改，我們會通知您關於商品的更新資訊，若您有任何關於訂單的疑問都可以透過Email、Line、Instagram或是Facebook聯絡我們

The release date is an estimated date and is subject to change by the manufacturer. We will notify you of any updates we receive regarding the products you have ordered. If you have any questions regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email, Line, Instagram or Facebook.

我們無法保證到貨的商品數量，因此若是進貨數量不足我們會立即通知您並進行退款

We cannot guarantee the quantity of goods we will receive from the manufacturer therefore if we receive insufficient stock to fulfill your order we will immediately contact you and refund your payment.

Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first come first served basis, please pre-order early to increase your chances of receiving more popular items.
